Our charming on-site lodging—featuring the historic Sunshine Lodge, Friendship Lodge, and Hilltop Cottage—offers a unique way for your guests to stay close, relax, and fully enjoy the experience. Set within walking distance of our waterfront reception areas, Sunshine and Friendship Lodges, built in the 1920s, have been thoughtfully updated to foster connection, community, and celebration in a naturally beautiful setting.

Each space has its own layout and style, perfect for large groups, close family, or a few special guests. Gather around a fire pit, sip coffee on a lakeside porch, or unwind after a busy day surrounded by peaceful woods and water. Our lodging is simple in amenities but rich in charm, history, and opportunities for meaningful connection. Guests also enjoy access to resort amenities like walking trails, lake activities, sports courts, and a seasonal pool. Lodging can be easily added to your event package, and our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit for your group.

Lodging Options

Sunshine Lodge

Sunshine Lodge is a charming, historic retreat built in 1925, offering 17 individual guest rooms—each with its own private bathroom. Rooms comfortably sleep 2 to 4 guests, making it a great option for family, friends, or members of your wedding party.

At the heart of the lodge, you’ll find a cozy community living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for gathering and relaxing. Outside, enjoy two beautiful porches: a scenic front porch overlooking Lake Walden, perfect for catching unforgettable northwest sunsets, and a peaceful stone porch on the east side surrounded by woods and nature. Please note that Sunshine Lodge does not have air conditioning.

$135 per room, per night. Tax additional.

Friendship Lodge

Friendship Lodge is a welcoming, community-style cottage built in 1925, featuring 19 bedrooms and shared restroom facilities on both floors.

Perched on a gentle rise shaded by mature oak trees, the lodge offers beautiful views of Lake Walden and a peaceful, rustic vibe. Inside, guests can relax in the spacious common living room with a large stone gas fireplace and double doors that open to stunning views of the lake and western sky.

A large fire pit in the backyard creates the perfect spot for evening conversations and winding down after the celebration. Friendship Lodge is reserved by the couple hosting the event, who assign rooms to their guests. The lodge does not have air conditioning.

$2200 per night for the entire lodge. Tax and service charge are additional.

Hilltop Cottage

Tucked among the trees with peaceful views of Lake Walden, Hilltop Cottage offers a cozy, private retreat just steps from the heart of the property. This charming cabin-style home features three bedrooms (one king, two queens, and two rollaway beds), three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living area—perfect for families, VIP guests, or anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind. Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, fresh linens, towels, and essential supplies, plus outdoor spaces designed for relaxation—including a screened-in porch, spacious back deck, and a private fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars.

November through April: $450 per night (2 night minimum) + $50 cleaning fee. Tax and service charge additional.
