Pricing & Packages
We keep things simple (and stress-free!) when it comes to pricing your wedding at Waldenwoods. Here’s a quick breakdown of how it all works:
1. Choose Your Venue
Each of our beautiful spaces—Cromaine Hall, the Lakeview Tent, and Sunshine Cove—has a minimum guest count and a per-guest cost. Your venue rental and delicious dinner are all wrapped into that per-guest cost, making it easy to plan and budget.
2. Minimums Vary by Season and Day
Because Michigan’s seasons bring different vibes, guest minimums and per-guest costs change depending on the time of year and the day of the week.
3. Customize Your Package
Once you’ve chosen your venue, you can personalize your day by selecting your dinner from a variety of menu options. Want to add even more magic? You can enhance your wedding with extras like an on-site ceremony, bar service, upgraded linens, sparkler sendoffs, and more.
5. Know the Basics
A 21% service charge and 6% sales tax are added to your final total. Credit card payments include a 4% convenience fee.
